It doesn't matter if you are a weekly or a one-time customer needing maid service, my goal is to have you walk in your home and experience that happy feeling that you have when you know your house is clean.
I offer a cleaning service that is extremely flexible. I recognize that everyone has different needs, and I will do my best to accommodate yours.
98% of the time, our first service in your home will be what we call a ?Deep Cleaning?. We will literally remove any cobwebs from your ceiling, and then work our way down to your floors.
Light fixtures, knickknacks, the top of your refrigerator, you name it. We clean it. We do charge extra for the deep cleaning, but it is worth it.
We provide our own household cleaners unless you want us to use yours. Usually customers prefer we use their products for their stainless steel appliances, granite counters, or various types of flooring.
I ask that you leave the product out on a counter, so that I know you want me to use it.
We have a policy not to open cabinets, unless you have given us permission, which is why we ask you leave the product on a counter. We also have a closed door policy. If the customer closes a door, we are not allowed to enter the room. There may be times when you don't want a cleaner to enter a room. This is a simple way to make sure you have that privacy. Most important, we really care. My staff always performs at a high level, and understands the concept of doing more than is expected.
The types of house cleaning services I offer, are completely based on your needs,
I do not tell you what we will do in your home. I work with you to determine what you need, then do my best to accomplish that. If you are working within a budget, I will prioritize your cleaning needs and work within your budget as best as I can.
The majority of my clients ask me to clean their whole home, but I do have a few that only require specific tasks in their home. For example, I service some people that only want their first floor cleaned and for us not to clean their second floor unless they ask for it, and we are happy to help them.
I use traditional household cleaners, many Clorox based. Please remember, even when it comes to the products we use, we are sensitive to your likes and dislikes. If you prefer we use certain types of products, we ask that you leave the product out, and I will use that instead of our product. This is an area that is very important to cover when we have our walk though.

The home should be vacant, clear of trash and electricity and water on. Most ovens are now self-cleaning. If your oven is not self-cleaning then ask about oven cleaning options. We will clean lower pane, interior standard sized windows only by additional quote. If you need extensive window cleaning ask for a referral to a window cleaning company. This routine is especially suited to gently or moderately used homes.
